Upon arrival a damage and telephone use deposit of 400.00 Euros
will be collected by the keyholder as well as 75.00 Euro cleaning fee for
each week you are staying (both payable in cash in Euros). The
telephone at Casa d'Oliva is free of charge for local calls (within the 075 or
0575 area code). Out of area calls and international calls can only be made
using your credit or telephone card. Heat is not
included in your rental of Casa d'Oliva. At your departure the keyholder will meet you
at Casa d'Oliva, check the gas meter, and house, refund your portion of the
400.00 Euro deposit and collect the keys.
