traditional Italian cuisine from Antipasti to Dolci
(desserts).
How it works:
Please
choose one selection from each course (Primi, secondi,
inslate and dolci)
The Chefs arrive and set up your kitchen for class.
Please provide your own beverages as you will be eating and
drinking during class.
You participate as much or as little as you like.
After we clean up we serve a catered meal of what was
prepared.
We clean up.
