Mangia Mangia Italy was created to give people an experience of Authentic and Traditional Italian cuisine in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Cost            € 55 per person

Cooking classes (Corso di Cucina) for you to learn traditional Italian cuisine. Learn how to make and prepare traditional Italian cuisine from Antipasti to Dolci (desserts).  

How it works:

Please choose one selection from each course (Primi, secondi, inslate and dolci)
The Chefs arrive and set up your kitchen for class.
Please provide your own beverages as you will be eating and drinking during class.
You participate as much or as little as you like.
After we clean up we serve a catered meal of what was prepared.
We clean up.

        Cost            75 euro per person.

WINE TASTING and WINE TOURS

 

                   

You will discover the real Umbria with its natural beauties through eno-gastronomic 
guided tours bythe enoteca wine club . You will also be able to buy the best natural 
typical products that our region can offer.

 

At the enoteca wine club you can taste fine Tuscan and Umbrian wines accompanied by 
salame and cured meats produced in the manner of the old Umbrian "norcineria", pecorino cheeses 
from the best local cheese-makers, the famous virgin olive oil from the Spoleto D.O.P. and the 
legendary truffles from our countryside. Lunch is available. A great place to taste wine and Umbrian delicacies 
and to meet the locals.
