The house, a combination of old world charm and modern amenities , is appointed with typical Umbrian furnishings.

Downstairs you will find an eat-in kitchen with  stove, oven, freezer and refrigerator. The kitchen looks out on the spacious stone patio that is furnished with a large granite table and chairs for outdoor dining.

The focal point of the living room is a large fireplace with a hearth that is surrounded by comfortable seating. The carefully furnished room is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine before dinner, a good book or good company. The living room has a large shuttered window on one side  and opens to the patio on the other,  making it feel open and airy.

Completing the downstairs is a twin bedroom with a large window to  the patio,  book case, armoire and a chest of drawers. A tiled bath with shower and an entrance hall adjoin the bedroom.

The upstairs at Casa d'Oliva is as charming as down. There you'll find a sunny king-sized bedroom with a book case, armoire, chest of drawers and large windows, each with a beautiful view. A marble bath with tub and shower adjoins the room.

Right outside the bedroom is a cozy sitting room with a second fireplace and hearth. A pull-out couch here can sleep two. Double doors lead from the sitting room to a stone balcony that looks in the direction of the swimming pool.

Outside the house, the beautifully landscaped property extends from both the back and front of the house giving you room for walking and a place for outdoor games. 

The in-ground swimming pool is only steps from the house up on a terrace that has some of the best views of  the property.  It is surrounded by another stone patio with comfortable  lounge chairs and tables, has an outdoor shower and  is a perfect place to relax in the sun, have lunch or watch a beautiful sunset.

Casa d'Oliva has an extensive library (classics, mystery, chick lit, suspense, biography, travel, etc.) and games and puzzles. 

A sizeable CD collection (Aerosmith to Zevon and Bach to Tchaikovsky) and a selection of DVDs that can be watched on your laptop computer are in the house. 

Shampoo, soap, hair dryers, ironing board and iron are provided as well. 

Complimentary kitchen starter package including cheese, wine, bread, jam, milk, coffee and eggs provided. 

The kitchen is equipped with teas, spices, salt, sugar and cleaning supplies.
